how do i get a photo to fit on my profile?

sorry to sound like an idiot,but i would like to have a picture in my profile.all the pics that i have though are waaaay bigger than 10kb.i just wondered how you do it?cheers

The size has to be no bigger than 80x80 if I remember correctly.0

Try changing to the lowest settings on your camera. On mine it`s VGA.0
