Garmin 605 help required

Hi everyone, Santa got me the garmin 605, I have a query with it. I got the city naviator road sim card with it but it does not fit in the garmin, its too big, my card slot in tiny, I tried to download it with the usb but it says not enough memory on the garmin 605. please help!!

    Take the mSD card out of the big adapter card
