Stag Do ride wales, wheres good to go?

Hello All,

Going to Wales in January for my Stag Do with my MTB mates. We are staying at Criccieth which is not far from Portmadog. Ideally weather and snow permitting we are going to go for a ride. Where is good in the local vacinity is my question. I have seen the Dragons Back ride at Coed Y Brenin anywhere else worth a shot.
