bouble dutted? or DB double butted lol cheers.0 -
Yep, always double butted. Only time PG spoeks are used are for stiffness to strength gains - some roadies use them, but when they get new wheels after every race then longevity ain't a problem...0

Thanks supersonic do you think crc are in the same ball park with wheel building as merlin only crc work out twenty quid cheaper?0

looks about the same price to me for Deore Hubs, 317 rims and DB spokes.

£99 quid crc free post and packaging
£99 quid merlin with £6 post and then to get same spokes DT COMP D/B extra £8 per wheel.
But if merlin build the better wheels and the ACI D/B spokes are as good then merlin it is thanks for taking time out to help with this your a star and im a pain0 -
DT are better than ACI"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

ACI DB are just as good, and fractionally lighter.0

hard less problems with DT over ACI."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

LOL ok thats it tommorow i make a choice and stick with it would be nice if crc did 10% off to swing the deal.0
