1.put on some weight and get more muscle.grrrrrr
2.buy a bike
3.start savig for a FR/DH bike
4.drink less pepsi RAW0 -
1. Get back down to (and maintain) a 12% bf%age.
2. Do less weight sessions and more cardio sessions.
I've spent last 24 months putting on bulk and realised it's just not what I want. So time to get back to the cardio and enjoy more time on the bike.0 -
Get out on my bike more, and to more varied riding spots.0
