just removed front mech , gear cable etc. on my bike :shock:
middle chainring now engaged permanently.
gonna try single ring upfront for while , hardly ever use big and small.
less weight , less faff , more ground clearence if i change rings.
this could be a good move for how i ride 8)

Might as well take the other two rings off as well for extra weight saving.0

I like weight saving - for 2010 I am going to remove the frame, and just carry the parts around.
