Didn't fancy getting involved with those crazy full throttle car drivers, didn't fancy a run so dug out my old skipping rope! :idea:

10 mins later I was pooped! :?

Good on the spot, ice free training followed by some stretching and core exercise makes for good winter training?!?! (as well as the turbo, fixie, club runs etc of course...)

    Skipping is awesome and I've been doing it for years. It's no coincidence that it's a very popular workout for boxers. It's particularly good when you really start to get the hang of it.
  • I may move my fridge upstairs, I won't feel so guilty having a snack then :lol:
