Jockey wheels

The jockey wheel on my XT mech are pretty much knackered - the top one doesn't spin freely, and the bottom one is missing one of the little plate-shaped bits of metal and had it replaced with a a washer.
Thought I'd treat myself to some new ones - cheapest I can find is £23.99 on CRC! For two plastic little wheels!
Having seen that price, I went on eBay looking for alternatives, and found these for around a tenner inc, postage:

Any opinions on them? I'd rather have the proper Shimano ones, but with xmas coming up I can't justify spending the extra £15 or so if I don't have to (especially since I've treated myself to new shifters and tyres in the last fortnight, lol!).

Bling would be nice! But I can't really afford it at the moment :-(

go for the cnc!! cheaper than the std shimano ones too!
and they have the added bonus of looking Uber cool!!!!!

Have a look on Ebay for KCNC ones, much cheaper than buying in the UK. Recently got a set in from Hong Kong, £ 17 I think but I did have to wait 15 days for them to arrive.
