Seal Change - need a tool?

Just servicing a set of Tora 302 solo airs and I`m thinking of changing the seals.

The service manual shows a tool for installing the new seals, but I was hoping to avoid any additional purchases.

Any advice on techniques regarding the effective installation of new seals would be appreciated.

    A suitable size bit of pipe or socket is usually good enough.
