Brake Blocks

Shortly going to replace the brake blocks on the Shimano 105 caliper brakes on my roadie. Any recommendations of blocks to get?
Mud - Genesis Vapour CCX
Race - Fuji Norcom Straight
Sun - Cervelo R3
Winter / Commute - Dolan ADX

    Koolstops (can you replace just the inserts or do you need the full block?)

    If it's just inserts you need, I think Wallace ordered the wrong sort of kool stops, so perhaps has some to lose?
