"View posts since last visit" with a section filte

I'd like to be able to "view posts since last visit" but without certain sections e.g. "WOMEN" "CLASSIFIEDS" and "FAMILY & KIDS"... Some sort of filter would be nice.

  That's helpful, but still it would be nice to have a filter that can exclude some of the sub-sections...
