Suggest me some tiers

at the mo i have nobby nics. i did notice the lack of grip on the afan trails, however i do like how fast they are on road.

can anyone suggest a good 'all-rounder'?

    Nics are just that.A good all rounder.
    You`ll need to sacrifice some of that speed for the extra grip.
    What bike,what size tyre and waht tyre pressures are you running?

    I have a genius 40 with 26 x 2.25, i have to admit i don't mesure the PSI, i do it by feel (hard).

    I have a genius 40 and i'm running maxxis high roller 2.1's right now. They're excellent through corners but don't shed the mud too well on the side tread and they're not amazing on the muddier climbs, although the scott "traction control" system does help with that.

    I thought that he was planning a bike related wedding and wanted to know how many tiers to have on the cake! :wink:

    But I suppose that he could be American, tried to type 'tires' and found out that his co-ordination is as bad as mine.

    Before you buy new tyres buy yourself a tyre pressure guage! :wink:
    You`d be surprised at the difference having the correct pressure makes.
    I`d start with them at 35psi,and then experiment by adding or droppoing the pressure 5psi either way.
