can some recommend anywhere to get may new bike fitted to me. for road and tri/tt. As i brought off the net 09 model got the right frame but standard parts. london area or the north east.

    +1 on Aggieboy's shout. Can't recommend the Bike Whisperer's highly enough. Lovely people, great service and a great fit. Some of the best money I have ever spent. Cheap too when you compare it to a lot of other fitters in the london area.

    If you are after something up north, I have heard lots of good things about Paul Hewitt. www.hewittbikefitting.co.uk. Not tried them, so can't vouch for the them personally, but they may be worth looking into.
