Basic led lights much cheepness in Tesco

Picked up a very basic front light in Tesco this lunchtime for £1.25.
No use for lighting the way but not bad for a 'getting noticed' light. Inc batteries and a clip or band.
Fronts and rears at the same price.

The rear ones are superb, used mine for a whole winter of too/from MTB night rides never changed the battery and it never failed despite getting caked in mud/water for months on end.0

Up to you - but compare the cheapy LED against the Smart Superflash LED.
The smart is about a tenner - and I'm quite happy to pay £20 for two of them to safeguard me thru the winter.
I may think about getting the tesco ones in addition, but I'm not one for saving pennies where my safety is concerned.0 -

If you saw them you'd know they're no replacement for 'proper' lights. The fronts aren't even properly white, they're a yellow/green. But they'll add to your visibility for not much cash.0
