LBS for repairs in Eastbourne?

Howdy. I recently got given a bike by my wife as my 40th birthday present, most likely a sign to tell me to get exercising, and I have been enjoying the thrill of cycling for the first time since I was a small boy. I don't know anyone bike minded, and I'm a big guy and I went over a big pothole that I couldn't avoid because of traffic, and I have buckled my wheel. I would like to find a LBS that is good for repairs, and I'm not sure which are the best choices in Eastbourne. Kontour cycles I hear is the choice of club riders, but he is often very busy with a long waiting list. What are the alternatives, who provide a good service at a fair price?

This is the result of a quick google, as I have no experience of eastbourne bike shops, but this lot (Evolution) look like they know what they're doing (certified wheelbuilder, etc):

Are Pheonix Cycles still going on Seaside Road, used to use them when I was young(nearly 30 years ago dear god!) and they were the dogs then.Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?

I also had my first bike from them as a boy. When I enquired about getting something adjusted before, they did seem a little pricey. So I haven't checked with them yet.0
