New Grips Needed- Syncros 4 Bolt Locking Grips??

I desperately need some new grips, the ones I've got on at the moment are worn and in wet weather they become loose and start to slip off .

Been doing some browsing on the internet and have come across the Syncros 4 Bolt Locking Grips, has anyone any experience with these? If so it would be much appreciated if you could let me know what you think, or point me in the direction of some other recommended grips.
