Campag Ergo 10 / Rear Derailleur 10 with Shimano 9 cassette?

Can't seem to find much on this...

Current bikes work fine with the hubbub method (Ergo 10 / Shimano 9 rear mech / Shimano 9 cassette) but I now think it looks a little wrong on my Colnago!

Saw a few articles on web about using Campag 10 Shifters and 10 Rear derailleur with a Shimano 9 cassette - has anybody tried this and does it work well?

    You'll find what you need on the Highpath Engineering website under cycle transmissions
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    With a Shimano hub it will work. I have the same combo on all of my three bikes.

    Campag 10s Ergos
    Campag Rear mech
    Shimano hub
    Shimano 9s cassette (customised)
