Good wheel builder in London?

Hi everybody,

I'm thinking about buying a new set of deep rim wheels. I live the Zipp 404 rims, but I'm not too fond on the silver spokes and hubs. Black would be better imho.

Does anybody know of a good wheel builder or a shop where I could buy a custom Zipp 404 wheels in London? Would it be expensive? I can buy the standard 404s online for about $1,425.
