Cateye Vectra wireless mounting question/turbo trainer
Hi people,
I have recently purchased a cycling computer, a cateye vectra wireless model. It is currently mounted on the front forks.
As I have just got a turbo trainer I wanted to move it to the rear to be able to use it on both - unfortunately it says the range is only 70cm and it appears that that distance is more than the gap between the sensor mounted on the back tub from seat post to rear hub and the computer mounted on the stem.
Does anyone have any advice for me that would be practical and solve the problem or ways of getting around it?
Cheers,
Dru

I mounted mine on some velcro on the top tube near the saddle and put the magnet on the rear wheel.
It worked up to a point, but if you go out on the road, people will think that you're obsessed with your crotch. :shock:0
