Best shop in London area for big work on my pride and joy?

Due to a warranty claim I need to find a bike shop to swap the frame on my Zesty 514 (not at my expense obviously!). This is quite an extensive job and I want it done right. I'm worried that bike shops near me spend 90% of their time working on commuter bikes and I'm not sure they would be the best choice.

Is there such a thing as a bona fide mountain bike specialist shop in London I could use? Or does anyone have any specific recommendations for shops/mechanics that they would trust implicitly to do a good job?

I'm in North London so somewhere in Herts/Essex might be an option as well.

    find any lapierre dealer, IIRC there is one in wallingford, which is only about an hour from north london.

    According to the Lapierre website my only option in London is Evans which I'm not particularly over the moon about.

    I can't track down this shop in Wallingford you mention.

    Looking at Lapierre dealers my easiest option (apart from Evans) might be Danbury Bikes in Essex anyone have any feedback on them?

    Danbury Cycles is a decent friendly rider run shop. I've only ever bought things from there, but their service is always good. If I was in your position I'd definitely at least speak to them rather than go to Evans.

    Just out of interest, whats wrong with Evans? I bought my latest bike from them (Glasgow branch), had a few things done there but nothing major ( run in service, etc).

    Whenever I've visited branches in London I have always got the impression every person working there is bored out of their brains. When I go into a bike shop I suppose I expect some hint that the people there have some interest in bikes! I doesn't inspire confidence in me that they would do a good job with my bike rather than just getting it done as quickly as possible.
