20 mile routes in cumbria?

Am working in Aspatria for a week at the end of September, does anybody have any good rides around here about 20 miles or so that I can do after work?

Got one from mapmyride but I’m not sure what some of the roads are like.

Got full set of lights etc so will be riding at night as well.
