I'm going to get one of the hope hoops wheelsets, but can't decide whether to get a stans flow rim, or a ex721 rim. I normally ride at the bmx track, general riding, a bit of dh, dj, and skatepark. My main concern is whether stans flow arn't strong enough, but im only light (under 10 stone).

What would you reccomend?

Flow rims are plenty strong enough, they're tough. They're also probably lighter then most mavic rims of equal strength, and tubeless compatible. However, if you're not worried about weight or running tubeless, the ex721s might be cheaper.

14ish stone here and I've got a set of Flows + Pro IIs on my Meta, loving them to bits. Very sturdy things considering the weight.

Its the same price for flows or ex721 rims, and the flows will be about 200g lighter, with the opportunity to run tubless.

    Can anyone else recommend?
