I'm looking to do a TT maybe next year and see if the bug bites, I'm not quick at all and not competitive and have plenty of excuses so i'm after a bit of advice regarding clubs around Brighton - just recommendations for the friendliest and least competitive and one at which I'll still be talked to even though I havn't shaved my legs. Any help and experience much appreciated

And they all seem to ride R3's, although I don't think it's required.

yes, about 3 of them ride on cervelo's of some sort. is that a problem?
  • Thanks for that - will get in touch with Brighton Mitre, I'd rather they were all on Appollos though.

  • Brighton Mitre, Brighton Excelsior, Lewes Wanderers, VC Ingear, Sussex Nomads,
a few local clubs to take a look at.
  • First priority is always which has the best kit.

it's a hard life if you don't weaken.

Have to be the Mitre then.

Definately not! Excellent choice. And I'm sure it's more than 3 - at Dunsfold the other week there were 4 Mitre clad R3 riders. Definately a friendly club from who I know.
