The 80 / 1500 conundrum

So, the conundrum is - an 80kg rider looking for suitable wheels weighing 1500g or thereabouts.
Money isn't too tight to mention.
Carbon rims are right out.
UST is preferred.
Riding is relatively aggressive XC but no drop-offs or tree stumps.
I understand the need to find a decent wheel-builder.
I'm leaning towards something involving a combination of the following:
Hubs: DT240 / DT190 / Tune King & Kong / American Classic MTB
Spokes: Sapim CX-Ray / DT Swiss Revolution or SuperComp
Rims: Stans 355 or Arch / DT Swiss 4.2D
Thoughts or additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated, cheers.

The Roval wheels from Spesh are worth a look too.
I would personally get one of your combos: the DT Hubs, Stans 355 rims and Sapim spokes (or XTR hubs- the titanium freehub body is a beauty).0 -
Cheers - funny you should mention the Roval's, I looked at them a while back but had completely forgotten how light they are (and UST ready).
Bit of XTR bling sounds good too.
Nice one.0 -
If the Sterling isnt a problem then have a looksy here, very tasty indeed.

Im the same weight as you running Stans Olympics and Superstar hubs w/supercomps and kcnc skewers and they come in under 1500g and are standing up very well, wouldnt rec. any bigger than a 2.1tyre for olympics though.
Revolution spokes might be a bit thin for your weight (thats why i went for the supercomps).
Out of your selection, i'd go for AC hubs on 355's w/supercomps.0
