    ask them what they want and if it is acceptable to you buy it. if not haggle.

    from the info you have given it is worth anything.

    you have seen the bike. you know the condition, you have some money.

    How can we even guess what it might be worth?

    look on the net for similar bikes in a similar condition/age and you will see what they are selling for.
