Does anyone know where I can buy one of these from. I have searched on the internet to no avail.

    a universal spanner wrench has worked as well since there is no load on this adjustment, but I forget which diameter the ends are. It is an easy adjustment not requiring any real force since you are just taking up any play.
    Other than that I have only seen these wrenches supplied in the bags that ship with wheels.
