4X / downhill clubs in wales?

hey, ive been riding a bike for a long time and id love to start doing more serious stuff and id love to get in to downhill racing or 4x, ive had a bit of experiance but i wanted to find a club so id ride more often and praqctice my skills more.

so does anyone no of anyclubs in south wales near monmouth? (anyone who doesnt know where this is its next to the border, between england and wales, and fairly far south east)

    hi mate.youve probs found a club by now but i know there is one in the wentwood area.thats dh if that helps.good luck :)
