which mudguards to fit carrera subway 2?

as title says allways hated guards but with recent weather ive had enough!!!, time to get some whats best?

    SKS, MTB 60mm guards, will do it, it's what I have on my subway one.

    Depending on your tyre width, you could get away with narrower.

    Helfords sell a set of guards identical to the ones which came fitted to my Subway 8, except the stays are 700c length and need to be cut shorter with a hacksaw. I put one of the rear ones on my Giant Terrago. It works fine although the stays need to be bent out to avoid fouling a wide tyre.
