By far, this is one of the best live CD's I have heard this year. The Clash - From here to eternity. A fantastic listen and will certainly take you back. Full of raw energy, kicking off with Complete Control. Its the Clash through the ages with even Armagideon Times recorded at the old Lewisham Odean with Mikey Dread. There have been quite a few mediocre live recordings of the Clash in the past including Live at Shea Stadium. However, this is one CD you will find yoursef playing over and over. Its the band at its very best

Yeah you are right.........but you can't listen to everything...and there have been a few live albums over the years!0 -

You're right though it is a brilliant album from the best band of that area and, for me, all time0 -
personally i think the best ever live album is AC/DC (if you want blood) catching them at the very top of their game.
my fav Clash numbers are London calling and Guns of Brixton quality tunes those.My bike

Classic 2 minute songs. I was lucky enough to see them (or at least one version of them) a few years later at The Lyceum on the Too Tough To Die tour.0 -

If pushed I'm in the Ramones camp. Although I do have a soft spot for the Clash...
IMO, though, The Name of This Band is Talking Heads is the greatest live album ever.0
