Garmin edge map problem
Have been experiencing a strange problem with my Garmin edge 705. I have the detailled European map and everything works fine except when I try to use the courses function.
When i select "do route" it tells me that I am 4,100 miles from the start of the route (which is right outside my house!!) Also when you click on "map" it comes up with "no map" which makes sense as 4,100 miles is obviously outside Europe.
It seems that the Gramin thinks its somewhere else in the world but only in routes - it knows where it is if you just go for a ride.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try a full factory reset http://www.gps4sport.com/gps-software/garmin-gps-edge-705-hard-reset/
Also have you updated your firmware from the webupdater?
