theyre reflective, when ur standing next to the bike theyre just black, but when some light shines on it the light up like a christmas tree!

yeah i read a review of the remedy and they said that with highrollers on it, it would be unstoppable! cant fit them yet tho as i dont have a pump that fits presta valves so i cant pump them back up!

Just because you use another tire doesn't mean you can't use the same innertubes or buy more/different sized schrader tubes.

yeah i know, it has presta tubes in it at the moment, and i got 6 free tubes with the bike so im not buying anymore, ill just have to buy a pump!

Very tasty indeed. Hope its the camera/ bike angle, but your forks look bent slightly backwards in the first pic to me.

dont worry, i think it was just the camera angle and not the forks being bent!

been out on it 3 times now, and on the dh's its insane, especially with the highrollers on, kept coming into corners way too fast, thinking "shooooooooooooot!" but i just slammed it in and came flying out the other end!

only down side is that its an absolute b***h to climb. i think this is a combination of the tyres and the rear hub being packed with grease. hoping to get this sorted sooner rather than later and then ill be unstoppable!

Thought I would post some new pics up. Replaced the Juicy 5's with a Hope Ti6 and M4 and then Santa was very kind and brought me 203 and 185 gold floating rotors!

Had a right arse ache trying to get the correct adaptor for the Ti6 but the guys at Hope were a massive help and I managed to source one. Also replaced the Nevegals with some super tacky Highrollers. Once I've graduated I shall be replacing the gear cables with some XTR affairs and changing the hoses for some white Goodridge ones. Also thinking of replacing the Highrollers with the 62a versions as the super tacky ones are slooooooooow.

New bits! Sent my brakes off to Steve the anodising man. Fantastic job and I'm well happy with them! Very reasonable price too. Also bought some Atomlab GI pedals as I knackered the Wellgo's. And replaced the super tacky highroller with a normal one so that I can go above 5mph! Apologies for the poor quality of the pics, only had my rubbish camera on my phone to hand!

Santa was good to me this year! The bike got a new set of wheels (courtesy of me), a new stem (courtesy of nan) and a chain tensioner (from the missus). The stem has completely transformed the bike, it feels so much nicer to ride and the position feels perfect. Ill update the spec now as quite a lot has changed from the original!

New wheels, but with old stem. The new Easton one makes the old one look huge!

More new stuff!

Got myself a set of Rev's to save a bit more weight and to have more adjustability as the coil Lyrik's were too firm and I couldn't be bothered to buy yet another spring. Also didn't get on with the Hope's and saw some Formula ORO K24's in the sale and couldn't resist! Bike is now ridiculously light for a bike with 6" of travel front and rear!

Also got a new SRAM 991 chain and PG990 cassette to replace the rusty SLX ones :oops:

No more planned upgrades yet as I've been haemorraging money, except for maybe a new seat as the original one is pretty uncomfortable!
