Clock watchers...

I am so annoyed. In my usual job we a) work flexitime and b) are treated like professionals so if a time like this afternoon came up with little to do and I had hours in hand, I could just barrel out the door and do something useful like go riding.

But sadly I'm on secondment, and the office I am in is guided by clockwatching and is largely inflexible, so here I am sitting looking at partly cloudy, sunny skies wishing I was pedalling away.

:( Oh, woe is me.

This flexitime thing sounds awesome. I regularly have nothing to do...

I make my own flexitime... in at 9.30 out at 5.00. In at 9.00 out at 5.00 or today in at 10.30 out at 5.00.

Next week I'm probably gonna have to work till 6/7pm most days and even the odd Saturday.... Urgh!
