My Cannondale Synapse was stolen between 9pm April 18 to noon April 19 from the staircase just outside my flat. The apartment is called Dinwiddy House, on Pentonville Road, King's Cross.

It's a black colour, size 47 Synapse. Frame number R156099. With Tiagra groupset, Truvativ triple crankset and shimano A530 single side pedal.

The rest of the spec here:

This is how the bike looks like.

Any sightings please call me at 07770874298. Thanks very much.

I may have seen this today in Holloway, I had finished a hard slog and was shattered, carrying two heavy bags on the bike. My brain told me it was probably entry level but like I say I was shattered. The house I left was two doors down so I could not attract to much attention to myself as it is my friends house and I can't be bringing heavy Hits(anagram) on his tereritory, it is the same house I found the Ridgeback outside last week.

Today I was checking the ads at gumtree and I saw an ad that might be your bike.

I'm also adding a screenshot in case the ad is taken down.

That bike looks stolen to me because
    1. there is no info about the model but the picture shows a Cannondale Synapse. I bike owner would obviously know that he owns a Cannondale Synapse and not just any Cannondale.
    2. The price (240 quid) is too low for that bike.
    3. There is no frame size or other detail. It looks like the person is looking for a quick buck.

There is a phone number mentioned in the ad.

    Edit:
Looking at the last message I thought this was new. Now I see it was posted in April. Probably it is a different bike. But still I think that ad looks dodgy.

Yea, that one definitely looks dodgy to me, but if the guy who posted it do find the right picture, then the bike he's selling should be a flat bar bike - while my synapse is a drop bar. But thanks for the tipoff anyway!
