Regent's Park chain gang

Hi all - moved from East to N West London, so hopefully can get some time on the road rather than the turbo or spin bike during the week.

Heard a rumour there's a twice weeky chain gang at 6.45 or therabouts around Regents Park or is this an urban myth desgined to wind up North London cyclists?
