Play in cranks side to side

I have a square taper bottom bracket,
I have checked the cranks are tight on each side, but they have play from side to side andboth cranks move with eachother if you understand me, they dont waggle seperately from side to side.
Is the bottom bracket finished, and need replaced or is it simply needing a servic/ tightened into the frame?
I think its a sealed bottom bracket, I see no adjustment things to tighten...

What should I replace with, Shimano UN26, UN54??? That kind of thing?0 -
