Any puncture resistant tubular tyres?

Well i am looking at a rear disc wheel for my road bike as i keep having spoke issues (and if somebody tells me to learn how to repair/build wheels i am going to kill them!), and have only really managed to fine tubular ones at around the £500 price range, i am looking for a puncture resistant training tyre, similar to say, the schwalbe marathon.

    Sorry mate, not being funny but you want a disc because your spoked wheels are going out of true rather than because your a TTer looking for an extra few seconds in a TT? If that's the case I'd seriously think again as to whether a disc is the right bit of kit for you - fairly specialist for TT use to be honest. If you really want to go this way then bear in mind that clincher discs can be had (from Planet X among others) but to put a slow touring style tyre on a wheel designed to save 10ths of a second for general cycling use would be a little, erm, odd.........

    Not trying to be antagonistic, just trying to save you sone cash.

    A disc wheel is a drastic solution to a simple problem. Any competant LBS would be able to sort your current wheel out.

    Well obviously it's not just for that, as i am planning to do TTing as well, as well as local crits. I cant afford a set of expensive TT wheels, a pair of racing wheels and a pair of strong training wheels, so i thought i'd just go for the expensive TT wheels, because i could use them for training as well as their intended use.

    Wouldn't want to use a £500 disc for daily training.

    Get some strong wheels made for training, and get an aero front wheel for racing.

    Try parkers, they have some good offers.

    unlikely you will be allowed to run a disk wheel in crits/road races anyway. Like Joe said - this is a remarkably expensive solution to a very basic problem.....

    Discs aren't indestructable either - seen a few cracked ones in my time including the one in my garage! As others have said, I don't think you've found a workable solution - learn to build wheels correctly or find someone who does.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
