thank fluck!
been a long week in the office. no radio (decided to pack in today and the pc next to me couldn't stream p*ss!
only saving grace is, the fact the weather is nice outside and i get to cycle home @ 5

Spent all day riding in the sun, chillin' at the jump spot and hitting the trails.
oh, I also watched a bit of tennis and ate some fruit.

I'm on till 8pm tonight, drinks with a few after it and then back in tomorrow for 8am start (weekend shifts mean riding in though
