XC mendip(Cheddar) unfit people only..!

Just starting out again after a few years of eatting pies. I'm 34 and keen to get fit and muddy.

    i ride with a group of 3 or 4 of us from W-S-M. we ride most sunday mornings, and quite often a couple of night rides during the week, on the Mendips, Quantocs, South Wales etc... we ride at the speed of chat, and always have plenty of breaks and eat harribos. you're more than welcome to join us if you fancy it!
