Consultant’s Comments:

Since last time, this body stat test shows that you have successfully reduced your body fat percentage by 4.5%. You have also reduced your fat weight by 3.7kg.

You still appear to remain very well hydrated – 70.4% water. Try to drink at least 2-3 litres of water per day to maintain this. Remember, if you feel thirsty you are already dehydrated!!!

In total, you have reduced your body fat percentage from 14.2% to 8.1% and fat weight from 10.5kg to 5.5kg. Good luck with the challenge!!!

A lot of progress there methinks - well done! Have you got all the riding done that you planned too?

    hi ruth.

We fly out on 15th June.

Doing 70 tomorrow and a 100 mile sportive next Sunday. Then that leaves me 8 days to get legs fresh.

Did 659 miles in March, 720 Aptil and will be 790 in May.

Been hard work, but looking forward to it now!
  • Where do you get these body stat analyses things done? Might come in handy next year.

Sounds great. I'm sure you'll manage just fine. Just remember on all those long climbs that you don't have to rush and if you keep pedalling you will eventually get to the top.

Good luck and I hope the fund raising goes well. :D
