Raleigh site says 'weight 40kg'. Surely this is the max weight it can carry, rather thane the weight itself

    I have a trailer for my kid, she is two and a half ( big for her age), I dont know about the one you have mentioned, but the one i have is from halfords

    I have used it a lot and its really sturdy and the kid loves it.

    I've got the trailer you link to. It's a decent enough trailer - I have no probs hauling along my 3 yr old and 10 months old, and it's surprisingly light (though as you'd expect you probably travel at about half the speed you normally would, partly through weight and partly through caution).

    The sprogs love it - a pocket on each side for them to leave food in until you find it 2 weeks later, and it seems pretty comfy. Easy to clip on / off from the bike also - only takes 3 or 4 minutes.
