Dodgy new Rear Mech Shifting

Just 'upgraded' my 105 Front and Rear mech for a Ultegra one. Front mech is in and working fine and rear is now shifting up and down ok, but auto shifting back and forth across two of the middle cogs on my 10 (12-27) speed Ultegra cassete. The bike is near brand new so the cogs and chain DEFINATELY aren't worn (max 500 miles thus far?) and likewise the cable is obviously brand spankers too so can't be that.

Any suggestions on what I might want to fiddle with next? :?:

    CANCEL! Forgot about the barrel adjuster which took a few turns and we're sorted.
