Help converting to aero bars from bossed frame

I'm in the process of putting together a bike based on a Dolan cyclocross frame. I ride TT a lot so find the aero position comfortable and want to adapt my new build to this style of ride with aero bar shifters instead of shifters mounted on the downtube bosses.
My problem is this: the downtube bosses on the cyclocross frame are larger than standard road bosses. Can I get cable guides to fit on these larger bosses, if so where from?

Do you mean down tube gear shift bosses?
Are you sure you have removed all existing parts?
Wasn't aware that different sizes exist to be honest

    Hi
    Thanks for the quick reply.
Yes, I mean the downtube "brazed on" shifter bosses.
I didn't realize that there were different sizes either, but there must be, since the standard 105 road shifters dont fit over the bosses, so I am snookered at present.
I wondered if it was a feature peculiar to cyclocross bikes, or maybe some crossover from mountain biking that I hadn't seen before.
    Cheers
