vibration on hydraulic rear brake

hi,
when i slightly brake, my rear hydraulic brake makes a horrible vibrating noise, i can feel the vibration on my bike, this happens when i go fast and even when i push my bike. I have Diatech Hydraulic brakes.
any ideas what this could be?

Check all the bolts are tight, the rotor is true and the hub has no play in it.0

That it spinns more or less straight without a big obvious wobble.0

Yes! All rotor bolts (tighten by going round clockwise, missing one, tighten the next, miss one, tighten next, then do the last three). Check all mounting bolts are nipped up tight, the pads are fitted correctly, it is aligned correctly, the hub bearings have no play and the QR is done up tight.0
