Any travel insurance good for cycling?

I'm off to Italy at the end of the month for a bit of riding and was wondering if there was any good cycling specific travel insurance, or even if such a thing exists/is needed?

  The CTC offer travel insurance which covers your bike - and cycling as an activity!

  CTC for the liability. Marks and Spencer Home Insurance for the bike(s).
