vintage 1930/40's 1" headsets

Does anyone have or know where I can get a 1" headset for a 1930's Webster of Chesterfield, the top and bottom of the headtube is belled out and there appears to be a head race in the bottom, there are 2 NOS frames that were still in wrappings and they both have the same arrangement.

Steve .You might try the head set from a Raleigh shopper.I have been led to believe parts of this can be made to fit some of this type of headset arrangement.
