After cleaning my bike after my ride this morning; yes "working from home" rules 
I noticed a slight grinding coming from the BB, now I assume this means it's on it's way out so I'm looking at a new one. Bit anoyed it's only lasted about 700/800 miles but I did do alot of that through the winter so I suppose it's the way it goes.
Been looking at the Hope ones as they appear to be servicable. Are they worth the extra cash over the XT External BB I have right now?

I don't get that statement. Quite clearly I am asking if the Hope BB is worth buying over another XT one. That to my mind is a buying advice question which is why I posted in buying advice and not a tech question which I would have posted in workshop.
