This problem really has me beat ! ... new groupset.
I consider myself quite knowledgable when dealing with mechanically aspects of bikes, in particular MTB's, this maybe me problem.
However, the problem is that I have fitted a new 105 groupset to my mates Bianchi C2C Via Nirone Sora 9 speed double.
Same as this one

I have fitted groupsets before and had no problems with this one, however when it is ridden with lots of power through the cranks there is a grinding noise which you can also feel. You can hold the back wheel turn it slowly with force throught the crank and it can be felt as a dull clicking.
The shifting is fine, the crank is tight and I have taken it all apart and found no problems... I am seriously confused and my mate thinks I am rubbish..
My only thoughts were that the hub is rubbish and would not be compatible with a 10 speed cassette, however it goes on ok ?!
Please help
Thanks

My first thought is that you might have over-tightened the preload on the bottom bracket bearings and borked them, but we need more info.
Is the clicking once or more per revolution of the pedals?
Have the wheel bearings been serviced?
If you try a different (known good) wheel does the problem persist?
If you take the chain off and spin the cranks, are they smooth or is the click aparent then?
Is the rear wheel installed correctly?
Is the chain installed correctly with no stiff links?
There are so many potential causes, you need to be systematic and eliminate them one by one.0 -

Did you use a spacer with the 10 speed cassete? (They're narrower than 9 speed cassettes)
Sounds like that (unlikely but needs to be correct anyway) or (more likely) the wheel bearing or (less likely) the freehub.0 -
Yes I did, its the 1mm spacer that goes on first your referring to isnt it ?0

That's the one.0

I take it you're using a 10sp chain now to (and that you also replaced the chainset and rings as part of the new groupset)?0

Does it happen in every gear & on both rings?Campagnolo Appointed Service and Warranty Centre for the UK.
