Best aero bars for under 50 quid?

I am preparing to do quite a lot of TTs this coming season and was wondering which are the best for under 50 quid. Is it worth buying second hand?

    I bought Token Alloy S-Bend aero bars off ebay brand new for £30. They're really comfortable and easy to adjust but they might not be selling them any more.

    PlanetX are doing base bars and clipons for 50 quid in their Big 500 sale thing I think.

    not too bothered about base bar to be honest, only the clip ons but thanks for the tip :)

    Profile Airstryke are good, not sure of current prices, but often used to be on offer for £25 or so on Ribble.

    Do the token aero bars fit standard road bike nadlebars? I have a Carrera Vanquish

    I was looking at Profile T2 (non carbon). Are those any good? And how about the Kinetic-One Ambrosio bars?

    Also is it better that the sit under or over the handlebar?
