Replacing veloce brake pads with chorus

One of the things I don't like about veloce is the brake blocks, I prefer the chorus design which is a bit thinner so easier to set-up right on the braking track.
Veloce blocks screw straight onto the bolt, without any metal body for the blocks to slide into.
I tried the blocks from a set of chorus on the veloce calipers and it seems to work fine, so I am going to try and install a set permanently. Has anyone done this or know where I can get the bodies for the blocks (which the blocks slide into) online?
If not I will take a trip to the shop and have a word there.

"Brakes is brakes", in this case. You can use any brake blocks which have threaded fixing. Koolstop are best, however.

Re 2nd post - Campagnolo have a different size fitting to Shimano, so you can't fit 'any brake block'. Chorus shoes and pads are interchangeable with Veloce - I think you can find some aftermarket one too which are cheaper. I've got some Veloce brakes on a training bike and will swap to cartridge shoes when I've worn the pads out.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
