magura julie seized piston

hi, bought a magura julie front disc brake from ebay a while ago but i think the piston is stuck is there anyway to to fix this? ive tried using a old disc rotor to push it while pumping the the lever but no luck.

the one pad goesmuch further out than the other and drags on the rotor :(

first hyraulic ive had so dont really know that much, but i didnt pay much for it so if its expencive to fix i'll just leave it alone

any advice would be great

    or strip it and clean it.
